Welcome to the ½ÄÏÌåÓý Office of Title IX, Ethics, and Compliance Programs webpage. As a historically black college and university (HBCU), ½ÄÏÌåÓý is committed to creating and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and equitable campus environment for all members of our community. Our office plays a crucial role in ensuring that everyone at ½ÄÏÌåÓý is treated with dignity, respect, and fairness, and that our campus remains free from discrimination, harassment, and any form of misconduct.
The Office of Title IX, Ethics, and Compliance Programs is responsible for upholding the principles of Title IX, a federal law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational institutions receiving federal financial assistance. We also oversee the implementation of comprehensive ethics and compliance programs, promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical decision-making among all members of the ½ÄÏÌåÓý community.
We encourage you to explore our webpage, where you will find valuable information on our policies, procedures, and resources available to support our students, faculty, and staff. If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office. We are dedicated to ensuring that ½ÄÏÌåÓý remains a place where everyone can thrive, free from discrimination and misconduct.
