The LEAD certificate is a non-credit, co-curricular series designed to develop students鈥 leadership skills with varied opportunities to discover and enhance their leadership competencies.
The L.E.A.D. certificate is a non-credit, co-curricular series designed to develop students鈥 leadership skills with varied opportunities to discover and enhance their leadership competencies. This program allows students to build their own intentional pathway through the program to facilitate a commitment to their own unique leadership journey.
The L.E.A.D. certificate is intended to help students become change agents by identifying their strengths and leadership style while preparing students for leadership roles and responsibilities on campus, in careers, and in the community.
The following student leadership positions require the LEAD certificate for eligibility: Student Government Association (SGA), Campus Alliance for Student Activities (CASA), RSO e-board members, fraternal life interests, residential assistants (RAs), and New Student Orientation (NSO) leaders.

Certificates are awarded at the end of the academic year in the spring semester but your name is immediately added to the master list that area leaders review to confirm your completion.
